The following are questions the ACS Team frequently receives from listeners and customers. Before contacting us, see if you can find the answer here. 

Q: Why are deluxe editions not sold on the ACS site?

​Team ACS does not sell deluxe digital versions or physical items through the main fanbase, since buying these products from the ACS BandCamp page further supports A Censored Sunlight. Physical items are not cheap to produce or ship. 

Q: Can I find ACS songs on YouTube? 

 

While A Censored Sunlight does have a YouTube account, studio quality songs are not posted for piracy protection. Live performances, covers, and non-studio demos can be found. 

Q: When can I expect my digital order to arrive?

 

If you choose to order a digital copy of an album from the ACS fanbase, rather than a service like BandCamp or iTunes, or if a product is only found on the fanbase, we need to process each order individually, organize a .zip file for you, and send it via email. This can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 48 hours. We send orders as we receive them.

Q: Why do I need to provide my email address?

An email address is required for digital orders, as this is how we deliver your content to you. Your email address will not be shared with third parties or saved by the ACS Team. If you place an order, you will receive a confirmation, and an email containing your content. We will not send any offers or promotions afterward.

Q: I can't open the files I received from an order. Help?

​

If you can't use the content from your order, this could be because of a file format issue. We send all of our music in .mp3 form. This is nearly universal, but certain music players may require a different file type. Contact the ACS Team to receive a different format, or specify it in your original order.
